How do you post a profile picture on youtube?

I've been having problems with this ever since the new Youtube interface, i cant figure out how to change my profile picture from the gray man to something i want. HELP! I can't send pictures from my phone to facebook!?

I used to be able to do this flawlessly and every time I would send a picture it would end up in an auto album called "mobile uploads". Now out of thin air whenever I try to send a picture to mobile@facebook.com nothing would happen! The picture won't show up, there's no message on my wall or anything! It's just lost!! Please help me, I already re-registered my number but that didn't do anything...

I was curious to know if my kids could be exposed to anything serious. Like if they swallowed clorox or accidentally got it in their system could lead to cancer?
