How do you post a profile picture on youtube?

I've been having problems with this ever since the new Youtube interface, i cant figure out how to change my profile picture from the gray man to something i want. I am a drummer and i do have a logo set for the picture, i just dont know how to upload it. If someone could easily explain it or provide a link that would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
