Where to buy cell phone charm straps?

Try eBay, it's the best place to look For things of that nature especially wholesale for cheap. Just do a quick search of what your looking for and voil�! I know this isn't what you asked since you said Vancouver but if you don't mind ordering them then eBay is a good place to look. Hoped a helped even if just a little lol :-)
