How do I put books on my Ipod (nook app)?

I have some Ebooks I bought on my computer. I got the Nook app on my Ipod Touch today, and I am wondering if I can upload the Ebooks that are on my computer to my ipod. And yes, I am jailbroken and have the ability to ssh if need be.
