How do I convert .JPG into .CPG and/ or .CST?

I just got manga studio 4 and I want to upload some of the pics I have into it but I can't find a file converter that converts the .JPG images I have to the supported .CST and .CPG files that are needed for manga studio. Does anyone know how I can do that so I can import my pics into manga studio 4?
