My Phone Won't Let Me Upload Music?

Today My Parent's Just Got Me A New Prepaid Phone. Everytime I Go To A Website And Try Downloading Music It's " Media Loading"But The Music Never Loads. What Can Be The Promblem? Please Help And Thanks :)
