Automatic schedualing with the computer?

i was wondring if i could possibly do this. well theres this video i uploaded to a file and i wanted to play it at a certain time. what i mean is the video file is on the computer and i wanted the computer to open it by its self at lets say 4 oclock and im on the computer at 2 oclock. sort of like automatic schedualing. i programt the computer to open a certain video file on the computer at a certain hour like i said automatic schedualing. is it possible. if it is what do i do to the computer thank you
