BLACKBERRY USB!??!???!!!????!?!?!?

I have been on this computer for a hour just trying to detect my usb! Can someone PLEASE help me. I am stressed out of my head trying to do this ha. I am trying to upload some pictures onto my computer. When i put the lead into my computer, it makes that noise (duh duh noise haha). Please answer fast :) Many thanks :D PS please no gobly goop, im not very good with all that technical terms xxx
