Could i have made her pregnant?

ok so i had sex recently unprotected,and i only penetrated her abit..and when i took out there was this white stuff around my dick,but i didnt feel myself *** at all..we were onlu having sex for abt 3 mins..and what precautions can i take that would not make her pregnant if that was sperm..
