Difference between Conscious and Precaution?

In Conscious, it is a state in which the subject is being seen in all directions. whether it is good to Proceed or is there any other way to proceed to accomplish the job. In precaution, the subject is being held up for unknown understanding for loosing it and the step to be taken will be ended to its point.
