Halo Reach Mod Request?

I will give you a one year subscription to xbox live for this if it actually works. I was wondering if someone can get or make a mod for halo reach that would let me play the game in a third person view. Before you people start complaining about me modding you should know i never use mods online. I don't have one of those jtags so you will need to upload it to modio. If it works i will e-mail you the code for the one year xbox live subscription. I would really appreciate this. Thank you for your time.
