Smoking with my new lip ring.?

i got my lip peirced last night.And i know its not healthy but i need to know about smoking with it.Would it be ok for me to smoke just like once a day if i rinse my mouth good with salt water and listerine?i know its fairly new but i realy need to smoke at least once.Would it get realy infected if i did this?The last couple of times i had my lip peirced i still smoked and they didnt get infected,But i didnt know that it was realy unhealthy..last time it was peirced i used a salt water spray and jewlery cleaner to clean it and even though i didnt use much it still didnt get infected when i smoked.So do you think if i took the extra precaution it would be ok?
