Can someone give me a direct link for garena messenger?

i cant open the garena site,(http://www.garena.ph/~messenger/) i've also tried opening it with IE and Google chrome and it still didnt work, i also deleted all my caches,cookies,history and still didnt work..please someone upload it to ifileit or MU, dont upload it in mediafire because i cant open their site too...and I also checked my net, and there seems to have no problem..please, i wanna play HoN and LOL
