Missed birth control pills days apart and had sex on one of those night...?

Today is Wendesday and LAST Thursday I missed my birth control pill and my boyfriend and I had sex that night. The next morning I woke up and remembered that i missed it and took the pill right away. Few days later on Sunday I forgot it again, and took it immediately Monday morning. We haven't has sex since that Thursday as a precaution. I've never missed a pill in the 4 months I've been taking it, and even though we use a condom EVERY time and it has never broken, he always pulls out before ejaculating (in the condom). With that said, what is the likeliness that being on the pill consecutively and using backup protection always that we could get pregnant from in circumstances? Also, since I missed that second one on Sunday night and took it on Monday, is it safe to have sex again tomorrow (Thursday, a week later from the first missed pill) or should I continue to wait a little longer? Note: the pills that I missed were in the middle of the pack, on the second week of the pack..
