YouTube Closed Captioning Issue?

I'm at work and we're currently adding Closed Captioning Subtitles to all of our videos. We paid someone to write down the entire video's dialogue. Now that we uploaded the document and watch the video, it seems to work. The issue: The timing is going good and suddenly out of the blue it jumps through 3-4 lines of text even though it's no where near saying what it says. What is this jump and how do we fix this issue?
